I imagined a woman of 96 years old who still look so strong and firm in appearance

Queen Elizabeth II had a nice looking skin till death.

After looking into some of her lifestyles; I see she had 4 daily basic routines that slow her skin from aging

BTW, if you can do these basis, you'll look ever, ever young.

Here are the 4 Queen's skincare routine:

1. Exercise

In case you don't know, the Queen had 2 major exercises she mainly enjoyed. Which are:

  • Regular walking and
  • Horseback riding

Till she died, the Queen exercised daily, and this greatly support her skin health

According to a reporter, Queen Elizabeth II did take afternoon stroll around the palace garden, and also perform some horseback riding.

And according to genuine researches, exercise has a lot of skin benefits. Benefits like:

  • Strengthening of skin collagen
  • Detoxifying the skin toxins
  • Boosting the immune system
  • production of more elastin

All these benefits are what really make her Majesty skin to look young and glow.

One more thing is that, the Queen never exercise to impress, rather, she engaged in the exercises she enjoy.

So, you don't have to run miles before getting your skin intact, just do the exercises you love doing, and you'll get your skin the best you can.

"I personally love push ups".

You should decide the exercise you're interests in too.

2. Diet

The second thing that helped her Majesty's skin is her choice of diet.

Even though she has all in her beck and call, yet, she chose her foods

Main looking closely, her choice of foods guarantee healthy skin.

Here is a quick list of what the Queen eats daily:

  • Earl grey tea
  • A bow of special K cereal
  • Small rasp berries
  • A slice of chocolate biscuits cake
  • Grilled chicken or fish
  • Afternoon tea

If you can look closely you'll see that the Queen didn't just gather junks of assorted foods that can ruin her skin

But, rather, she picked up foods that aren't intoxicated, and that can support her skin collagen production.

Therefore, if you want to have healthy skin, the kind of food you eat really matter.

You shouldn't gather junk foods and believe you'll look young and glow, the opposite will be the case.

For you to have glowing skin, your daily meal must consist of:

  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Whole foods
  • Sugarless foods
  • Protein rich-foods

If you can eat foods that are highly nutritious, you'll definately maintain a healthy looking skin.

3. Rest

Rest is mostly important, it stops the skin from worn out.

The Queen, with all her duties and workload, did create time for rest.

According to kozlowski in 'long live the queen' (his new book) he said, the queen spends three hours going through the parliament reports and paperwork she receives daily.

Yet, she do rest.

As a matter of fact, the Queen did have fun time for herself with the ministers, hanging out with her corgis, and even visit her horse stable.

The Queen always find time to amuse herself. Fine. She never turn to a workaholic.

She has time to work, and she has time to rest.

You should know this, resting relax your skin elasticity and don't make it to worn out or wrinkle easily.

Basically, nothing should stop you from having 8 hours sleep and some naps on the day.

For you to get an appropriate rest , you should do the following:

  • Sleeping
  • Meditating
  • Relaxing

Having enough rest everyday, restore your skin elastin and collagen, and also make it easy for the dead skin cells to fall off, as this will make you to look radiance.

If you can have time to rest, you'll have healthier skin.

4. Embrace getting older

Most people always complain about their problem but never seek for the solution.

As a matter of fact, you can't avoid getting older you can only slow your skin from aging faster.

If you keep to worry about your old look, but neglect to concentrate on things that will make you look younger and smart, you'll keep looking weird.

As you can see, the Queen never bother to weigh herself down on why she is looking wrinkled, even when she was younger

But, her lifestyles really speaks that she took steps in preventing looking weird.

All the same, for you to look smart and younger, start living healthy lifestyles:

“Exercise, eat healthy foods, take some rest, and love yourself for who you are”.

If you can take responsibilities, and put in the work to slow down your skin aging process

You'll get young looking skin for the rest of your life.
